Born and raised in the vibrant streets of Brooklyn, New York, Alxandra Victoria, Founder and CEO of Alxandra Victoria LLC, also known as ALX BEAUTY LOUNGE, has always been drawn to the world of beauty and hairstyling. From a young age, she frequented the local salon, where she found not just hairstyling expertise but also mentorship and camaraderie, particularly with her stylist, Miss Margaret.

Despite her early passion, Alx initially pursued other professional avenues, including a stint in the military. However, the desire to pursue her passion for hairstyling persisted. She enrolled in beauty school and drafted a business plan for a salon, marking the beginning of her journey to becoming a salon owner.

Alx’s journey was marked by resilience and relentless determination. She worked her way up through various roles in different salons, constantly pushing the boundaries of her capabilities. Despite facing challenges and setbacks, she never wavered in her pursuit of excellence.

Mentorship played a pivotal role in Alx’s journey, providing guidance and wisdom as she navigated the intricacies of entrepreneurship. With the support of family and friends, she transformed her vision into reality, creating ALX BEAUTY COLLECTIVE, a multicultural luxury beauty agency in University Place, offering services for bridal, special events, and production.
