Meet Renee, a passionate hairstylist with over a decade of professional experience. Since 2010, she’s been living her dream career, working in a variety of settings that have shaped her expertise. She began her journey at a small 5-chair salon, which provided valuable experience, but her desire for more education and growth led her to a larger salon. There, she completed a year-long apprenticeship before spending the next nine years building a loyal clientele.

Through the years, Renee has developed her own unique brand, embracing her self-identity and truly honing her craft. She loves offering her guests an intimate, personalized experience, which is why she thrives in a smaller, boutique salon setting.

However, Renee missed the camaraderie and collaboration that comes with working alongside a talented team. That’s when she discovered ALX Beauty Collective. "I wanted to join a team where I could continue learning, sharing my knowledge, and growing together," she says. "This is a motivated, inspiring team, and I’m beyond excited about the future we’re building. I look forward to styling weddings, collaborating on shows and expos, and getting involved in photoshoots—events that break the everyday routine and bring excitement to my career."

Renee’s love for beauty and fashion has been lifelong, and she believes that when you look good, you feel good. Watching her clients check out their new look and fall in love with themselves is one of the greatest joys of her job.

Specializing in haircuts, color, and special occasion styling, Renee is always striving to elevate her skills and knowledge. "Hair is my canvas, and I get to express my creativity every day. I’m truly in the perfect career for myself because I’m still excited about what I do year after year—I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.”
